Program Description

North River Kids provides a children's check-in system for church services and events. Parents and guardians register their children through our check-in system to ensure safe and organized program participation.

Registration and Check-In

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information during registration, including emergency contacts, allergies, and medical notes.
• Only authorized parents/guardians listed during registration may check in and check out children.
• Check-in must be completed before a child enters their assigned classroom or program area.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number during registration, you agree to receive SMS messages from North River Kids. Messages may include:

• Check-in and check-out confirmations
• Safety alerts and emergency notifications
• General program communications from staff

Message frequency: Varies based on check-in activity and program needs. Typically 1-3 messages per service attended.

Standard message rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

• To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message received from North River Kids.
• For help or support, reply HELP to any message.
• After opting out, you may still receive check-in confirmations through other channels, or you may re-enroll by updating your preferences with North River Kids staff.

Authorized Users

Only authorized North River Kids staff and supervisors may initiate text messages through the check-in system. Parents and guardians may reply to existing message threads but cannot initiate new conversations through the system.

Child Safety

• North River Kids is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all children.
• All staff and volunteers are subject to background checks and church safety policies.
• Health and allergy information provided during registration is used solely to ensure child safety during programs.

Liability

North River Kids strives to maintain accurate records and safe programs. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by parents/guardians. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping their contact and emergency information current.

Data Usage

Information collected through the check-in system is used solely for church program operations, child safety, and parent communication. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
