Check-in Data: Date and time of check-in and check-out, assigned classroom or group.
Message Records: SMS messages sent between staff and parents, including timestamps and message content.

To facilitate secure child check-in and check-out during services and events.
To send SMS notifications regarding your child's check-in status, safety alerts, and general program communications.
To maintain records for child safety and security.
To contact parents in case of emergencies.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with authorized North River Kids staff and volunteers who need it to operate the check-in system and ensure child safety. Message data is processed through Twilio, our SMS service provider, solely for the purpose of delivering text messages.

Data Retention

We retain check-in records and message history for as long as necessary to maintain child safety records and comply with church policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting North River Kids staff.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from North River Kids regarding your child's check-in and program communications. Standard message rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using secure storage and access controls. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized staff and volunteers only.
