Welcome to Full Circle Studios ("FCS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of fcslasvegas.com and the online booking system for our recording studio and music production services. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Full Circle Studios provides recording studio rentals, music recording, mixing, mastering, and music production services at our facility located at 2810 S. Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Self-serve online booking is available for studio rentals (Studios A through D). À la carte services including mixing, mastering, and production are quote-based and must be arranged directly with our team.

2. Booking & Reservations

Bookings are made through our website by selecting an available studio, date, and time slot. The following rules apply:

• A minimum 12-hour advance lead time is required for all self-serve bookings.
• Studio availability is displayed in real time but is not guaranteed until a deposit is paid.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
• Double bookings are not permitted. Availability is checked against our live studio calendar at the time of booking.

3. Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service. All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.) on their hosted payment page. We do not store, transmit, or process credit card data on our website.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit invoice balance is paid in full.
• Unpaid booking requests expire automatically after 24 hours, and the reserved time slot is released.
• Payment links are generated by QuickBooks and directed to Intuit's secure hosted payment page.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at fcslasvegas.com/refund-policy. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.

5. Studio Use & Conduct

By booking a session at Full Circle Studios, you agree to the following:

• You will treat all studio equipment, facilities, and staff with respect. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be billed to the booking client at full replacement or repair cost.
• Food and beverages are not permitted near recording equipment or mixing consoles.
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• You are responsible for the conduct of all individuals you bring to the studio. FCS reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
• Sessions must end at the scheduled end time. Overtime is subject to additional charges and availability.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all recordings, mixes, masters, and productions created during your session remain your intellectual property. Full Circle Studios does not claim ownership of your creative work. However, you grant FCS the right to reference the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing prior to publication.

7. Equipment & Facility Disclaimer

Full Circle Studios maintains professional-grade equipment in good working condition. However, we are not liable for technical failures, software crashes, or equipment malfunctions that may occur during your session. In the event of a significant technical issue caused by our equipment, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session or provide equivalent studio time at no additional cost.

8. Liability

Full Circle Studios is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on our premises. You enter the studio at your own risk. We recommend that clients secure their own insurance for valuable instruments and personal equipment brought to the studio.

9. Client Information & Privacy

We collect client information (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of booking management and communication. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at fcslasvegas.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

10. Third-Party Services

Our booking system relies on third-party services including QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.) for payment processing and Google Calendar for scheduling. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. FCS is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party providers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
