Full Circle Studios ("FCS," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process for all studio bookings made through fcslasvegas.com. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your studio session. This deposit reserves your selected studio, date, and time slot. Until the deposit is paid, the booking remains pending and the time slot is not guaranteed. All payments are processed securely through QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.) on their hosted payment page.
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fcslasvegas.com. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel:
More than 7 days before the scheduled session: Your deposit will be refunded in full, minus a 5% processing fee to cover QuickBooks transaction costs.
3–7 days before the scheduled session: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours before the scheduled session: The deposit is non-refundable. We will do our best to offer a one-time rescheduling option (see Section 4) at our discretion.
In the rare event that we must cancel your session due to an emergency, studio maintenance issue, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Alternatively, we will offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost, subject to studio availability.
If you need to reschedule your session, contact us at info@fcslasvegas.com. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the session will be accommodated at no charge, subject to studio availability. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the session is at our discretion and may require an additional deposit.
If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time without prior notification, your session will be considered a no-show. The deposit is non-refundable and the remaining time slot will be released. No rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of your session. Once a session has been completed — meaning the studio time has been used and the session has concluded — no refunds will be issued for the balance payment. Partial sessions are charged at the full agreed-upon rate.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the deposit, via QuickBooks Payments. Refund processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or bank transfer.
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a documented emergency (medical, family, travel disruption due to weather), contact us with supporting documentation within 48 hours of the missed session. We will review the situation and may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or reschedule outside the standard policy terms.
If a deposit is not paid within 24 hours of initiating a booking request, the request will automatically expire and the reserved time slot will be released. No refund is applicable as no payment was collected.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at info@fcslasvegas.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the forfeiture of any rescheduling privileges.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
